First check for velvet clothing for me-- is the proper "run"/direction always....[Unbelievable how a seamstress could ruin a velvet item, if and when the seamstress fails to check the direction & way a velvet fabric runs--before cutting or sewing.]This pair of pants was beautifully cut and sewn properly with both the directional run and also with a long velvet ribbon, generously provided, to be either a belt or a ribbon tie.Fitting could not have been more perfect than this...Well done.
