This is the most effective and most comfortable extra firm, high-waisted, long leg panty girdle (HWLLPG) I've ever worn! I bought this to eliminate my muffin top. Most of the Spanx and other high-waisted products simply provide compression without actually reshaping your figure. This product noticeably improves your silhouette. The Rago 6210 has four non-stretch panels (front, back, and each side) joined by four other extremely firm, yet forgiving, stretchy panels. The shaping power of this garment is complimented by the flexible boning, which is surprisingly comfortable when sitting, twisting, bending, etc. Depending on your waist / hip measurements and the size you purchase, attaching the side hooks can be tricky at first, but becomes easier as you get used to the product. Due to my muffin top, my waist / hip measurements differ by only 7". I ordered the 3X size based solely on my 45" hip measurement, and am happy to say that the 3X fits my 38" waist perfectly.
