I've bought several pairs of these in a Petite Size Large and absolutely love them! I wear them at my navel and the length is perfect for my 5'3" size 12 frame. The material is super comfortable and I like the number and placement of pockets.I do not work in the medical industry and I do not wear this for work. I wear these instead of athletic pants when I do chores around the house, yoga at home, walk the dog in the park, or run quick errands. The brand logo is very small on the back pocket, so I do not feel that these pants scream "scrubs" outside of a medical setting. I really enjoy these more than linen pants for being outdoors in the summer or nylon athletic pants for exercise. Highly recommend. I love the fit and design of these pants so much that I bought a few pairs just to make into shorts. It is really hard to find comfy ladies' shorts with nice deep pockets!Bought these pants for deli work. Day two of wearing them found out nurses deal with their thighs chaffing even in their scrubs totally sucked.I wanted to try out these pants but ordered a small (which fits me in other brands) and it was too small, so I exchanged for a medium and they are too long. So I will have to exchange again for a medium petite. I weight 150 and I'm 5'4". Ordering close online is always a risk. Hope this helps everyone. We have been working in a dental office for 20 years and these are the most comfortable scrubs and so easy to maintain and look great too. There is no need to iron if removed promptly from the dryer; no shrinking or fading after multiple uses too! We own these in Navy, Gray, Black and Light Blue (gray and navy are our favorite color choices). The drawstring with the half elastic in the back makes the pant very comfortable too. We highly recommend these scrubs; Carhartt scrubs are durable, comfortable, high quality clothing.Loved my brown Scrub pants they fit perfectly! They went very well with my Thanksgiving scrub top for my day at work on Thanksgiving! Thanks Amazon for delivering on time but please if you can deliver to the right address you keep delivering to my front neighbor! My husband looks like a total bumpkin in his Carnhartt gear, tweaking his motorcycle or brewing beer in the driveway to the horror of our upscale, affluent neighbors- And he LOVES that. So I'm so surprised that my 2 different sets of Carhartt women's scrubs are so flattering on me (and functional on the cardiac unit). And I see male counterparts on my unit wearing men's scrubs that make them look fabulously clean, professional and metrosexually stylish in a strong-male way.I ordered several of the same scrubs in different colors. The first time all of the scrubs fit as expected except for the brown carhartt flare pants, which were strangely about 2 sizes smaller than they should have been. I chalked it up to a mistake, and returned the item while ordering again the same size. Well, it came exactly as before, at least 2 sizes too small. I don't understand because I can hold them up to the other scrubs from the same company and they say the same size but are drastically different. Just be aware, you may get a really off size. I've given up at this point and I'm just keeping the super small scrub pants that I'll probably never wear because it's just a hassle to return again. The pictures are both XL pants.....but obviously not really. While the waist and rise fit similar to Cherokee workwear brand pants the rest is just weird. These pants are tight on my knees and calves and then flare out. I actually had a fellow nurse tell me that they looked a little like MC Hammer pants! Because they were loose in the thigh and then got tight. I wanted to truest the carhartt name, but there is nothing done any different with the fabric or construction. Save your money and skip these pants.
