Leg Avenue Women's Cozy Monkey Costume - Soft & Comfortable Halloween Animal Outfit for Parties, Cosplay & Fun Events

I'm 5'9 and around 145 lbs. I normally wear a medium, but I ordered a large just in case (I'd rather too big than too small). Honestly I should have ordered an XL. If I'd worn it with nothing underneath it probably would have fit fine, but I wore a tank top and a thin long sleeve Tshirt so I could stay warm without covering the costume with a coat. It was a little longer than I expected it to be which was nice. I paired it with a pair of brown leggings and it was a really cute, easy costume. The material is really stretchy and soft, and even though I felt like it was a little tight, it was comfortable and didn't ride up. The tail wasn't cumbersome, I actually hooked it on my wrist while walking around and it never once got in the way.Very cute but pretty tight. There was also a hole in the tail within an hour. But I plan on seeing it up and wearing it again.Bought a small for my 90lb 12yo daughter (skinny but muscular from gymnastics). Let’s just say this won’t fit for very long as it’s tight especially in the arms. However, it is adorable and I would purchase again in in bigger size.It's very stiff material, not stretchy and extremely hot. But it worked out for a couple hours and isn't cheaply made... zipper & tail were freat.My husband and I wanted to go as a couple so I thought this would be funny parked with him dressed as a banana!I am 5'7 and 130lbs. I ordered the Medium. It looked huge when I took it out of the bag but once on it fit like a glove. I am not very curvy but it hugs in all the right places. Even if I had a large bust it would be ok. I plan on wearing a yellow bra or lacy yellow bralette under it. The tail is kind of heavy but doesn't really bother me. The hoodie part is pretty big. You have to rest it on top of your head otherwise it covers your whole face. A few bobby pins can fix that though. It is a little bit longer than fingertip length but it doesn't look weird unless maybe you are shorter. It would be an easy fix though if you hemmed it.Overall for the money it was what I expected and is really cute. You can make it tame or even sexy which is perfect for the two parties I am going to in it. I also bought the socks this girl has on too. I haven't got them yet so not in the photo.I did a ton of research on this before I bought it. Buying clothes on line scares me, but I'll have to say, I was very pleased with the fit. I'm 5'2" 145 lbs and large chest. I went off the size chart by for bust and it was perfect. If I would have used other measurements, waist etc, it would have not fit. It wasn't too short on me, was a few inches above my knee. So just a word of advise, if you're unsure of size, always go by your bust size. Other than that, very warm and cozy was just a little sad the ears didn't really stand up so it was hard to see the "monkey" part of my costume.I bought this for Halloween and I ordered a 3X as I am a bigger girl. It's super cute, the only downfall was that it didn't have much shape to it so it didn't hug as pretty as the picture did. Still super cute and would recommend, but the material was very thick and got warm after a while. Still big hit at my Halloween party and my friend wants to borrow it next year!Runs small. It’s very tight and not very forgiving. It has some stretch but I would buy a size or two up from your normal if you want to be comfortableLovely costume but I ordered the small as it it supposed to fit up to a size 10 and I am a size 8. Das Kostüm ist ziemlich dick und meines Erachtens nach nicht für den Sommer geeignet.Normally wear size small. Ordered medium. Too tight in the chest and arms were too tight to bend. Order 2 sizes up if you are at all muscular or hourglass. Like it enough to order larger size though. The arms are super super tight for a small . I can get the zipper done up but it’s tight . I believe this is more of a X-small . Definitely size up .But great material , looks super warm !
