I really like these, but the sizing is ridiculous. I bought a size 16 and found that the hips and waist were a nice fit, but the legs were really tight. I wanted mine for hiking so needed a bit of stretch, but I couldn;t bend my knees up in these, too tight. they are nice and long in the leg which I wanted and the material nice and warm, perfect for winter walking. So, I bought a size 18 and found these to be far too big on the hips and waist which I expected, and just right on the legs. So, I set about unpicking them and taking them in at the back and waist. I put them back together, omitting the back belt loop as this was a little bulky and I don't wear belts anyway. Result is, they fit fine now and are very comfortable. However, it's coming to something when one has to alter brand new stuff and they aren't particularly cheap in price. For anyone who isn't handy with a sewing machine, or just hasn't got the inclination to do what I did to make them fit, then I think they will be in trouble with the sizing. Would have given 5 stars if they legs had been the correct size as the hips and waist.
